Effective May 3, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of the PatientSide marketing site. They are a sample, drafted for an early-access waitlist; a separate agreement will apply once the PatientSide product is available.
Welcome to PatientSide. The website at patientside.com (the “Site”) is operated by My Local Huddle, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) under the brand name “PatientSide.” By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About PatientSide and these Terms
PatientSide is a software product being developed for cancer patients and their families. The Site is a marketing site that describes the product and accepts signups for an early-access waitlist. These Terms apply only to your use of the Site. When the PatientSide product itself becomes available, separate terms will govern your use of the product.

3. The waitlist

We may contact you about PatientSide updates, early-access invitations, and product news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing the address in Section 12.
4. Not medical advice
PatientSide is a software tool intended to help patients and families organize information from medical visits. The Site, the product, and any materials we provide are not medical advice, do not establish a doctor–patient relationship, and are not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions. Never disregard, delay, or contradict guidance from a medical professional based on information from PatientSide.
In a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number). For mental-health crises, call or text 988(Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, US).
